Introduction

Worn and Carry (W&C), a JD Industries NC, LLC brand, offers membership-based access to wholesale vendors in the firearms industry. These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) subscription to W&C’s services. By subscribing, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Membership Plans

W&C offers the following three (3) membership plans at two tiers:

  • Monthly Membership: Bronze, Silver, and Gold

  • Yearly Membership: Bronze, Silver, and Gold

All plans provide access to W&C’s wholesale distribution network, allowing members to purchase firearms, ammunition, or accessories, or a combination of the three, at distributor prices.

Billing and Payment

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless manually canceled within the membership profile.

  • Payment Method: A valid credit card is required for subscription activation and renewal.

  • Billing Date: Your credit card will be charged on the same day each month or year, corresponding to your initial subscription date.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime through your W&C account settings or by manually accessing the membership profile.

  • Effective Date: To avoid being charged for the subsequent period, cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

  • Refunds: W&C does not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

Membership Benefits

As a W&C member, you gain access to:

 Distributor Pricing: Purchase firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories at distributor prices.

  • Direct Access: Buy directly from our network of wholesale distributors, eliminating retail markups.

  • Exclusive Giveaways: Automatic entry into quarterly giveaways featuring premium firearms and gear.

Member Responsibilities

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all purchases comply with federal, state, and local laws.

  • FFL Transfers: Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer.firearmsdirectclub.com

  • Accurate Information: Provide and maintain current and accurate personal and payment information.

Modifications to Terms

W&C reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through their account dashboard. Continued use of the membership after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
