Dear Prospective and Current Members,
Thank you for reviewing our policy. At Worn and Carry, we are committed to transparency and clear communication. Our approach to returns and refunds differs from traditional retail practices—please review the details below carefully.
Policy Summary
We do not offer traditional returns or refunds.
Please ensure you understand this key point.
Policy Details
Worn and Carry provides access to high-quality products at exclusive distributor pricing by minimizing overhead costs and partnering with fulfillment vendors who do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Accordingly, as noted below, products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. It is essential that you verify product specifications before finalizing your order.
Protection for Defective or Damaged Products
Damaged Firearms
- Important: If you receive a firearm that appears damaged, do not take possession of it through your Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- Action Required: Contact us immediately at info@wornandcarry.com or call 919-428-5265. We will arrange for our fulfillment vendor to provide a shipping label for the return and replacement of the product.
- Note: Should you take possession without prior inspection, the supplier may refuse a return, necessitating the use of the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Other Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect your products immediately.
- Notification: Report any damage or missing items in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will work closely with our fulfillment vendor to address any issues. Although Worn and Carry is not the direct supplier, our established relationships with vendors typically enable a fair and prompt resolution.
Summary of Key Points
This is not a conventional retail experience. You benefit from acquiring products at distributor pricing—the same rates that local gun shops receive. Consequently, traditional returns are not accepted, and exchanges are limited to identical items when the original is damaged at or before delivery. Before placing your order, we strongly encourage you to verify all product details, including fit, size, color, caliber, capacity, and features.
Legal Disclaimers & Compliance
- North Carolina Law: This policy is designed in accordance with North Carolina consumer protection laws and membership contract standards. In any instance where statutory rights provide greater protection, those rights will take precedence.
- Membership Agreement: By joining Worn and Carry, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy, along with our other policies including Membership Overview, Subscription Options, Cancellation Policy, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
- Firearms and Related Products: Additional legal and safety disclosures apply to firearms and related accessories. Members must ensure that all transactions comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Liability: While we strive to work with the most reliable fulfillment vendors, Worn and Carry is not liable for issues arising solely from vendor policies. Any disputes will be resolved under North Carolina law, and we encourage you to contact our customer service team for any concerns prior to pursuing further action.
